Jodi grew up on the Atlantic Seaboard in Cape Town and completed her schooling at St Cyprian’s. She very much enjoys the outdoors and nature but being a young woman, she also loves the vibrant city life. A surprising passion of hers is muscle cars and she can often be found behind the wheel of a fast and beautiful car!

Monica is a seasoned real estate professional, having been involved in the property industry and its related fields, for more than 40 years.
Her vast experience includes most aspects of the property realm, as she has been associated with legal, construction, marketing, development, hospitality and tourism property, fractional sales and for the past 20 years, the selling, letting and management aspects of the industry.
This exposure has ensured her clients have the edge during all their property negotiations, with far better than expected results regularly being achieved.
Monica has a loyal, core client base dating back 20 years. She continually strives to provide each and every one of her clients with impeccable service and unparalleled positive outcomes.
During her career Monica has become a well-regarded realtor on the Atlantic Seaboard, showing a consistent presence amongst the top performing agents in the industry. She has been contracted to most of the household name property brands and was previously the first manager of the Belmont Square Conference Centre, which belongs to the Master Builder’s Association. She is also the former Head of Marketing for the Boschendal Wine Estate.
In 2018 Monica persuaded her daughter, Jodi, to join her and together they have steadily secured their position as top selling and leasing realtors, achieving many accolades, in the luxury property market along Cape Town’s prestigious Atlantic Seaboard.

Monica was born on the West Rand in Johannesburg but hails from Rustenburg in the Northwest Province. She is however a naturalized Capetonian, after almost 30 years of living in and around Cape Town. She wrote her Board Exam in 2008 and holds a Public Relations qualification from Damelin College.
Although she is very much the proverbial bookworm, internet surfer/researcher and couch potato, Monica loves nature and very much enjoys relaxing in beautiful surroundings, with her loved-ones.
